Position Overview

The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all programmatic matters under the Enterprise Cybersecurity and Monitoring Services contract. This position is responsible for overall contract performance, coordination, staffing oversight, risk and issue management, quality oversight, communications, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for programmatic matters.
  • Oversee contract execution, staffing, performance, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Coordinate work across SOC/NOC operations, compliance, engineering, vulnerability management, automation, and PAM support.
  • Manage risks, issues, corrective actions, and quality control.
  • Support recurring meetings, dashboards, status reports, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure staffing continuity and backup coverage for key roles.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, IT operations, or managed security services in complex environments. Experience overseeing multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams, contract deliverables, SLAs/KPIs, staffing, and client communications.

Required Skills
