Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager, Marketing Delivery to drive the planning, orchestration, and execution of cross-channel marketing programs. As the connective tissue across marketing strategy, channel teams, and executional partners, this Program Manager will play a critical role in aligning stakeholders, negotiating priorities, and ensuring resources are optimized to deliver maximum impact.
The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, brings a strong operational mindset, and has a proven ability to balance rigor with agility-driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with marketing strategists and Centers of Excellence (COEs)-including web, email, digital, events, and PR-to develop and operationalize integrated marketing plans
  • Translate strategic objectives into coordinated channel plans that drive consistency across touchpoints and customer experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, assess feasibility, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and resources

Program Orchestration & Execution
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing strategy leads and executional teams
  • Establish and continuously improve standardized processes for activating marketing programs both internally and externally

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams are coordinated and informed throughout the program lifecycle
  • Facilitate clear, proactive communication across stakeholders, including regular status updates, milestones, and deliverables

Risk Management & Operational Excellence
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor program performance using data and analytics, and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes and efficiency
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging insights and post-program learnings to refine future execution

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minmum of 8 years of experience managing marketing programs
  • Agency and/or financial services experience preferred
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and influence stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority
