About the Role
This role is responsible for leading programs across complex, cross-functional initiatives in support of Salesforce, a dynamic and fast-evolving global client. The Program Manager will drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs that advance the client's global real estate portfolio and workplace initiatives.
Partnering closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, this individual ensures alignment across regions, maintains governance standards, mitigates risk, and delivers measurable outcomes that support broader business and real estate objectives. This position plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution within a highly collaborative, global environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end, supporting a dynamic global client and advancing their real estate transactions, capital projects, and compliance operations initiatives.
  • Drive program governance by facilitating the development of project charters, integrated timelines, and clear deliverables to ensure alignment across functions and regions.
  • Document, refine, and continuously improve processes through playbook creation and updates, ensuring scalable, repeatable best practices that support global real estate execution.
  • Monitor project milestones and performance against client-defined deadlines, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Facilitate regular project pipeline and status meetings, ensuring active and pending initiatives remain on track and aligned with broader portfolio strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, guide implementation, and drive successful project completion.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting on individual projects and program-level performance, synthesizing complex information into executive-ready updates.
  • Build and manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted partner in support of the client's evolving global real estate priorities.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute routine PMO deliverables, including status reports, dashboards, and updated project schedules (Gantt charts).
  • Provide consultation and strategic support on interconnected initiatives that roll into broader real estate programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and account objectives.

What You'll Need
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years experience within the end to end Real estate life cycle, Corporate Real Estate, or Real Estate consulting experience
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong general business discernment and ability to distill sophisticated issues, develop solutions and implement effective strategies
  • Identify and execute on the implementation of process improvements to automate and scale real estate operations
  • Leverage existing data sources to develop dashboard reporting on key metrics to monitor the financial and operational performance against budget and industry benchmarks

The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
