Job description

DCS is looking for a Program Manager to interface with an Army customer and manage a workforce of professionals providing SETA support, as well as provide direct support in test and evaluation.

Essential Job Functions:

Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately.

Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items.

Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.

Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing T&E documents that are managed under PEO IEWS;

Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of PEO IEWS Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements, adherence to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes, etc.

Provide appropriate comments to the PEO IEWS; reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements; coordinates with affected subordinate PMs to execute modification to TEMPs;

Participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of PEO IEWS; assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology; evaluating and balancing user desires against anticipated budget expectations; and assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements; provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship and a TS clearance is required.

Bachelor's and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis.

Desired Skills:

DAU certification in Test and Evaluation and/or program management.

PMP certification.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $142,188 - $255,543
