Job description

Position Summary Join our team. We are hiring for the role of Executive Initiatives Manager in the Mayor's Office. Essential Job Functions Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the Deputy Mayors.

Assist in coordinating efforts among departments to ensure timely execution of projects, initiatives, assignments, scheduling, and deadlines. Act as a liaison between the Deputy Mayors, City departments, community stakeholders, businesses, and members of the public. Coordinate and monitor special projects and strategic initiatives.

Conduct research and analysis; compile data and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, agendas, meeting materials, and other executive-level documents. Develop/maintain an internal file/knowledge database.
