Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a strong mix of strategic thinking, executional drive and high familiarity with AI to accelerate analysis. You will answer some of our most challenging business questions and then drive execution on strategic projects. In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager for the Canada Delivery business. You will also be collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders covering Operations, Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Legal.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the General Manager on the highest priority projects for Uber Eats in Canada
  • Utilize AI tools seamlessly to quickly diagnose opportunities for operational and business improvement and convert them into actionable plans 
  • Assume a strategic and operational expert role working with a high degree of independence to drive outcomes over a broad part of our business with velocity 
  • Collaborate with a highly cross-functional stakeholder group including Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Public Affairs, Marketing, and Legal and Central Operations teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field 
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools to convert data into actionable insights
  • Business acumen - understand how different parts of our business are connected to identify opportunities and work tirelessly to improve those 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - willingness to challenge the status quo and move quickly to test and learn new strategies and tactics.
  • Able to balance priorities and move quickly
  • An ability to build deep relationships across a broad organization
  • High standards and a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure in a high impact, high velocity role within the Tech industry

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $145,000 per year - CAD $161,000 per year.
