Job description

Overview
MCAPS-Core accelerates customer outcomes and business growth. By uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission, we help customers realize value faster and turn innovation into measurable business impact. Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

Build alignment, identify blockers, drive decisions, and hold owners accountable to commitments with minimal supervision.
  • Manage relationships and operating processes with demo platform providers and internal service owners. Coordinate provisioning, readiness, maintenance, platform health, licensing, trial availability, and lifecycle activities that support partner workshops, demonstrations, technical readiness, and solution showcases.
  • Coordinate infrastructure and related operational activities. Identify gaps and implement scalable processes, automation opportunities, and practices that keep the team running effectively.
  • Provide program and content support when additional capacity is needed. Partner with architects and subject matter experts to develop presentations, readiness materials, workshop content, program documentation, and executive-ready updates while maintaining technical accuracy and consistent messaging.
  • Collect and evaluate program signals, communicate status and risks, and use operational insights to improve program performance. Contribute to business reviews and help influence change across the organization.
  • Develop a network of internal/external relationships to build influence in addressing problems/ blockers and facilitating additional views on the matter of interest. Stays up to date on Microsoft's technologies, products, and services in order to communicate Microsoft's mission, strategy, and capabilities.
