Location: NAS Fallon, NV Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret Telework Eligible? No As a Security Administrator, you will join our dedicated team of security professionals supporting a critical Navy mission at NAS Fallon, NV. In this role, you’ll contribute to maintaining and strengthening the security posture of our operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support the security team in managing personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities.
* Assist with the preparation, routing, and tracking of security documentation and reports (including Annual PSQs, SETAs, refreshers, inspections, etc.).
* Support the CPSO with daily security tasks to protect and safeguard secure facilities.
* Interpret and apply security directives, regulations, manuals, and program guidelines.
* Manage and track the control, transmission, transportation, packaging, and safeguarding of classified materials and documents.
* Assist with verifying visitor clearances and program access to secure spaces.
* Maintain flexibility to support occasional after-hours security needs.
* This position may require work in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (cell phones, Bluetooth watches, etc.,) are not permitted.

* 2+ years of relevant security experience is preferred but not required. Top Secret-cleared candidates eager to grow in the field are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is highly desired.
Work Schedule: * This position follows a scheduled 40-hour workweek consisting of eight-hour shifts. 
* Scheduled work hours may fall Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., based on mission and customer requirements. 
* Candidates should be flexible and available to work any assigned eight-hour schedule within these operating hours.
