*Developmental Disabilities/Program Manager

Do you enjoy working with people with developmental disabilities? Do you have experience with supervising staff, managing residential programs, overseeing people with special needs, and experience with licensing standards?

You will add value by:

  • Leading and guiding residential staff in assessing individual strengths and needs
  • Being a part of creating a safe and positive environment for the individuals in the residence
  • Modeling and supervising positive staff communication/written and verbal
  • Performing supervisory duties
  • Adhering to the agency policies and procedures and state licensing requirements
  • The development and implementation of individual habilitation plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human service or related field preferred
  • Experience/background working with individuals with behaviorals
  • Experience working with people with disabilities in a community setting
  • Computer skills necessary
  • Flexible work hours
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Physical exam
