Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across clinical, financial, administrative, operational, and human resources domains within the organization. This role involves developing improvement plans, leading process improvement teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives to drive measurable and sustainable improvements. Utilizing analytical skills, data analysis techniques, and various improvement methodologies, the specialist works to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness while collaborating with department leaders to implement meaningful process improvements.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Statistics, Healthcare, Business, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
