Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technical projects in Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) environments, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and regulatory standards.
• Drive cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, privacy, and IT domains to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Support cyber workforce development and management, aligning skills and training with DoD standards and emerging threats.
• Oversee privacy compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and DoD data protection policies.
• Coordinate technical acquisition efforts, contribute to business case development, and engage stakeholders through clear, confident communication.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience; 1 additional year may substitute for degree)
• 10+ years of experience in Technical or IT Project Management, including recent experience in: Cyber Workforce Development & Management, Privacy Compliance Management, SCCA project leadership
• Active IAT II+ or IAM II certification
• PMP, PBA, or PMP specialization
• Strong understanding of DoD security frameworks and enterprise IT environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-disciplinary teams
Preferred:
• Certifications: IAT II+ or IAM II; PMP or other Project Management certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months
