Overview
SOSi is seeking experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals to support a large-scale Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort. These positions will play a critical role in delivering secure, mission-focused IT services spanning enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, data management, and program leadership. Successful candidates will collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to modernize enterprise capabilities, improve operational performance, and support the delivery of resilient, secure, and scalable technology solutions across a geographically dispersed environment.
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for a large enterprise IT and cybersecurity services contract supporting a Department of Defense organization. The PM will serve as the primary interface with Government leadership and oversee all aspects of program execution, including personnel management, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, risk management, financial performance, and customer engagement. The position is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support services across geographically dispersed locations.
Essential Job Duties
  • Provide overall leadership for all contract activities
  • Serve as primary interface with Government PM, COR and senior leadership
  • Manage program execution, staffing, quality and financial performance
  • Lead risk management and issue resolution
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and program metrics.
  • Manage Program Management Plan, communications plan and reporting
  • Ensure contract compliance and SLA performance
  • Lead transition and steady-state operations

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • 12+ years leading large DoD enterprise IT programs
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs
  • Experience leading programs supporting multiple geographically dispersed sites
  • Experience with ITIL, Agile, and PMBOK practices
  • Active TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DC3, AFOSI, AFCYBER, DISA or similar organizations
  • PMP certification
  • ITIL Foundation or higher

  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations
  • Hybrid work model
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
