    About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Impact Manager Intern to join our team.This role is integral to the Social Impact and UN SDGs Pod, focusing on breaking communication barriers and promoting inclusivity. The Social Impact Manager will design and implement strategies that maximize Vosyn's positive social impact, develop community initiatives, and foster partnerships that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive strategies to enhance Vosyn's social impact, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and the UN SDGs.
    • Impact Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to measure the social and community outcomes of Vosyn's projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • Initiative Design: Design and implement community engagement programs, inclusivity initiatives, and global sustainability projects that resonate with our vision.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external organizations, including NGOs, government agencies, and community groups, to foster impactful partnerships.
    • Reporting: Develop detailed reports to communicate Vosyn's progress and contributions toward the SDGs, ensuring alignment with ESG standards and stakeholder expectations.
    • Research and Trends Analysis: Stay informed about global sustainability trends, policy changes, and emerging best practices to continuously refine strategies and initiatives.
    • Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social impact goals into business strategies, providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the Social Impact and UN SDGs Pod.

    About You:

    • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in social impact strategy development, community engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or related fields.
    • Understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ESG standards (e.g. GRI, SASB), global sustainability frameworks and related metrics.
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct social impact assessments and design, monitor and evaluate data-driven initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
    • Experience working with diverse communities.
    • Strong leadership, creative problem-solving, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of driving successful initiatives and managing diverse teams.
