Program Manager III
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to build, scale, and own a senior expert fellowship program focused on accelerating AI adoption across clinical and scientific domains.
This is a highly external-facing role that requires strong relationship management, executive-level communication, and the ability to partner with senior experts in academia, healthcare, research, and institutional environments. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with internal research, product, legal, and operations teams to create a scalable and high-impact fellowship structure.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage a named fellowship program that provides high-status recognition to senior domain experts.
  • Build the program's external positioning, credibility, and reputation across target verticals.
  • Own the end-to-end experience and relationship management for senior fellows, including division chiefs, senior faculty, institutional leaders, and other high-level experts.
  • Manage the full cohort lifecycle, from identification and early engagement through ongoing collaboration with internal research teams.
  • Cultivate senior fellows as advocates who can help drive frontline adoption of AI models in clinical and scientific environments.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including data operations, product, legal, and research.
  • Create scalable processes, workflows, and engagement models for a growing expert community.
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure program execution with accuracy and consistency.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, including building and scaling complex programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior external stakeholders such as executives, senior faculty, institutional leaders, clinical leaders, or equivalent high-status partners.
  • Strong track record of relationship-driven influence and partnership-building in an external, multi-institutional context.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and design scalable processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to credibly engage senior domain leaders one-on-one.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in academic relations, university partnerships, fellowship programs, or expert-community programs.
  • Familiarity with regulated or specialized verticals such as healthcare, clinical research, or scientific domains.
  • Experience working with AI/ML research teams or within an AI research organization.
