About the Program

Our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program provides intensive outpatient services to Medicaid-eligible youth with complex behavioral health needs. Delivered in the child and family’s natural environments—home, school, and community—WISe promotes family voice and choice, natural supports, and self-sufficiency. • Collaborate with other WISe program leaders across five counties for strategic alignment.

  • Oversee program compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.

  • Represent Compass Health in system coordination and stakeholder meetings.

  • Support after-hours crisis operations, as needed.

What You Bring
  • Master’s degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science-related field.

  • Current Washington State license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).

  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per WAC.

  • Minimum 4 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral healthcare.

  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience (4+ preferred).

  • Clinical experience working with youth required; WISe experience preferred.

  • WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to clinical supervision duties).

  • First Aid/CPR and Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

  • Valid WA Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance.

  • Ability to complete WISe online modules within 30 days of hire and full training within 6 months.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.

  • Deep understanding of youth behavioral health systems and wraparound care.

  • Ability to develop a positive and effective team culture.

  • Comfort navigating cross-system collaboration with schools, healthcare, courts, and state agencies.

  • Skilled in communication, documentation, and time management in fast-paced environments.

What We Offer
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost to full-time employees

  • 16 days of vacation in your first year

  • 12 sick days, including a dedicated wellness day

  • 13 paid holidays – 11 standard + 2 personal days

  • $500 in annual professional development funds

  • Up to 10 days of paid education leave
