Note: REGULAR FT STANDARD Might change to night shift 11pm -2am depending on project (example). Mostly should be 9AM-5PM weekdays. Travel Mon-Thurs due to Project needs, Friday for admin work.
Candidate to be required to travel 80% and 20% required to go in office to one of the closest locations to them.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Team function is AMXL (Execution team)
  • Anything that has to do with non-conveyable packages, that won't go to typical fulfilment centers, they are the team that builds the infrastructure for the supply chain.
  • Go into the field to deploy EITHER a new building/warehouse from the ground up or do retrofit projects meaning they go to existing sites and improve them.
Key Projects:
  • Initiative to go into legacy sites to deploy two weeks turn around project where they go in and retrofit
Typical Day in the Role:
Day to day:
  • Need to ensure the materials are ordered for installation, engage and do lots of vendor management
  • Lots of supervision, vendor management, stay within budget
  • Going to field, doing coordination with sites
  • Plan and ensure stakeholders are on board
  • Ensure execution is seamless travel 80% of their time and the other 20% they will be required to go into an assigned office
Interaction level with team:
  • Reporting to HM
  • HM will be interacting with them on regular basis, HM will be manning first two projects
  • Weekly calls that they will be part of (sync up and be part of)
