We're hiring a Project Manager I to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is a driven individual ready to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment. PROJECT MANAGER I

Best fit for candidates with 1โ€“3 years of PM or engineering experience. You'll own smaller projects end-to-end and support senior PMs on larger ones โ€” all while building core competencies in project management, contracts, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all project activities for projects valued under $250K
  • Support senior PMs on scheduling, logistics, and vendor communication for larger projects
  • Review contracts and specs; support change orders and sub-supplier requisitions
  • Handle project transmittals, shipping, and documentation per company procedures
  • Assist in resolving resource conflicts and closing warranty claims

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • 1โ€“3 years of PM or engineering experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in the $20Kโ€“$250K range simultaneously
