Job Summary:

The Business Program Manager I supports cross-functional programs and business operations between Asia headquarters and North American teams. This role assists with project coordination, stakeholder communication, process improvements, and operational support in a fast-paced global technology environment. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese are required to support collaboration with cross-regional teams and headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional programs and projects across North America and Asia by assisting with project coordination, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between North America and Asia teams, supporting bilingual communication, meeting coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Assist with program execution activities, including tracking deliverables, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, sales, finance, and operations to support business initiatives and operational goals.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and workflow efficiencies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for management to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Support customer, partner, and vendor engagements as needed, including participation in meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain organized program records, risk logs, action items, and other documentation to ensure effective project execution and communication.

Education:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware manufacturing, or enterprise technology sectors preferred.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related role within the technology or related industry
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) required to support communication and collaboration with global headquarters and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and proficiency with ERP and project management tools, with PMP, PgMP, or Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including Asia) and work effectively across U.S. and Asia time zones in a global operating model.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Asian companies or in cross-Pacific, multinational environments, including collaboration with global headquarters teams.
