The C4ISR Program Management team is seeking a Development Program Manager in support of the Tactical Data Links Program Area within the AC&S Product Line directorate. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives
  • Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company
  • Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security

Required Skills and Education
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
  • Experience with life cycle management
  • Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of the programs objectives
  • Working knowledge of defense contract type and the risk associated with each
  • Proven track record working with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program using Earned Value Management techniques
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of PM duties
  • Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
  • Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145 or similar quality standards

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years work experience
