As a member of the Network Innovations team, our Network Innovations Program Manager, Primary Care Programs leads and oversees the full lifecycle of innovation models and programs - from inception through sustainment - ensuring deliverables, KPIs, and operational improvements are consistently achieved. This role serves as a cross-functional connector, building relationships across teams such as Network Contracting, Actuarial, and Data & Technology Services to drive program success and support portfolio leadership - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications:
  • The Network Innovations Program Manager would have a bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), 8 years of experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, payment integrity, value-based care, healthcare insurance operations or equivalent and transferrable combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Systematic and systemic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data, develop recommendations, and create actionable plans
  • Skilled at nurturing relationships and building consensus among diverse stakeholders, including during moments of conflict
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization to improve processes and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience independently defining, managing, and reporting on KPIs while identifying risks and barriers to program deliverables
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to lead high-profile programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Adept at accomplishing results through others by establishing effective controls, monitoring processes, and partnering with external vendors
  • Familiarity with value-based care trends, healthcare industry terminology, and health plan operations
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and support informed decision-making is highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Work closely with innovations portfolio leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and ongoing innovations
  • Navigate and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships, including vendor partnerships, ensuring the focused pursuit and communication of desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives or workstreams to ensure program goals are reached.
  • Produce content and collateral to educate leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders regarding program elements, processes, progress, outcomes, and strategy.
  • Maintain a system for ongoing program reporting and program assessment. Develop and communicate program documents, KPI reports, project plans, etc. to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with innovations portfolio leadership, Network Management contracting leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop program monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Recommend program and process changes as appropriate to innovations portfolio leadership.
  • Independently identify program opportunities, gaps, risks, issues, and process improvements.

The expected hiring range for the Network Innovations Program Manager, Primary Care Programs is $111,000 - $150,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $104,000 - $171,000. #LI-hybrid
