They supervise and train healthcare staff and ensure the implementation of measures and the updating of client needs assessments. They ensure the quality of services provided so that they comply with standards of practice as well as applicable laws and regulations.

They provide nursing care and participate in the welcoming and integration of residents. They promote resident well-being and strive for continuous improvement in the quality of health services. Requirements: DEP in Nursing Assistant 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar management position Member of the Order of Nurses and Nursing Assistants of Quebec (OIIAQ) Demonstrating Chartwell's RESPECT values Leadership and supervisory capacity Excellent listening and mentoring skills Flexible working hours (weekends according to the rotation established with the existing management team) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools Experience in gerontology (a significant asset)
