As we bring to market our platform of products, we are focused on reducing costs and improving outcomes for Employers, Health Plans and Health Systems through services such as WayFinding (our core navigation platform), Surgery / Musculoskeletal Care, Cancer Care, Pharmacy Care and Weight Health. 

We are an AI-first organization with many reporting requirements across both internal AI tooling as well as Salesforce - our primary CRM for housing client and prospect data to store, track and generate insights for our Sales team and beyond. In this capacity, you will support numerous internal functions, including but not limited to Sales, Consultant Relations, Marketing, Product and our Solution leaders.  

This candidate will be able to operate within a lean team, at a fast pace, and with the necessary autonomy and proactiveness to help drive our go-to-market function forward.

What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce instance, including users, permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards 
  • Generate weekly reports supporting pipeline generation, deals won / lost, Sales forecasts and a host of one-off requests inbound from cross-functional business units 
  • Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. 
  • Serve as primary lead for the Sales Operations team, working closely with the Salesforce engineers to develop new features and functions 
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness at all times (conducting audits and data cleanup) 
  • Provide analytical insight to drive the business to action 

What We're Looking For 

  • The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience, supporting an external go-to-market team 
  • Proven prior history of supporting B2B organizations, ideally in the digital health space 
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in Salesforce - deriving reports, synthesizing data and providing regular and frequent updates to the organization at large 
  • Experience interfacing with AI tools being able to leverage internal products in conjunction with Salesforce and other systems to expedite insight creation and reduce admin burden for Sales team 
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across a multitude of business units, catering to their specific needs and data requirements 
  • Expertise in tools such as Tableau to produce insightful reports, dashboards and live data viewsÂ
