WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a Store Planning Assistant to join our team in Construction for an 18-month contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Store Planning.
  • Maintain organized digital records, project documentation, and department filing systems (SharePoint, OneDrive). +
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, printing, scanning, and distribution.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments, consultants, suppliers, landlords, and contractors.
  • Support multiple store development projects simultaneously.
  • Other tasks as required.
Design Support
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of store layouts, fixture plans and presentation documents.
  • Update CAD drawings, fixture blocks, and standard templates.
  • Organize, request, and catalogue finish and material samples.
  • Assist with rendering coordination and production.
  • Assist with hoarding graphics, storefront artwork, and signage documentation.
  • Request information from municipalities, landlords, and shopping centres as required.
  • Help maintain design standards, libraries, specifications, and prototype documentation.
  • Assist the Store Planning Coordinator with the planning and development of new stores, relocations, renovations, and special projects.
  • Assist with space planning and back-of-house layouts.
  • Assist with site surveys and document existing site conditions.
  • Coordinate shop drawing reviews by compiling comments and tracking revisions.
  • Assist in preparing signage submission packages and landlord approval documentation.
Project Coordination
  • Assist with the coordination of new stores, relocations, renovations, and special projects.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation to consultants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate receipt and distribution of landlord criteria, site information, and existing plans.
  • Request and organize weekly construction progress photos.
  • Provide administrative support during store openings as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Key Competencies
