Manager,Marketing & Sales

Reporting to the Director ofPhilanthropy, this role is responsible for leading the organization'smarketing, sales, and revenue-generating efforts in support of programparticipation, social enterprise growth, and fundraising success.

 This is a hands-on manager role thatbalances strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. You will developintegrated marketing and sales strategies while also driving theirimplementation, leading campaigns, outreach, and relationship developmentto achieve measurable results.

 You will lead the Marketing andCommunications team consisting of a Graphic Design Coordinator and a Marketing& Communications Coordinator and work in close collaboration with theSenior Development Officer, Manager of Events, Resource and Program Manager,and Program Lead to ensure aligned, effective, and coordinated efforts acrossthe organization.

 Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy and Execution

        Developand implement integrated sales strategies that support organizational revenuegoals.

        Identify,develop, and act on opportunities to increase registrations, bookings,participation, and overall revenue generation across the organization.

        Driverevenue growth and social enterprise sustainability through the sale andpromotion of event tickets, sponsorships, weddings, corporate retreats andexperiences, facility rentals, outdoor education programs, and otherorganizational events and initiatives at Easter Seals Camp Horizon.

        Buildand maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations,corporate groups, and partners.

        Personallylead outreach, sales conversations, and key relationship management, convertingopportunities into confirmed bookings.

        Maintainand oversee sales pipelines, booking processes, and CRM activities.

        Inpartnership with the Manager of Events, drive revenue growth and fundraisingsustainability through the sale and promotion of fundraising event tickets,sponsorships, and engagement.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

        Developand implement integrated marketing strategies that support organizationalawareness and participation goals.

        Leadannual planning for marketing, outreach, and promotion across programs, campbookings, and fundraising initiatives.

        Translatestrategy into action by personally executing campaigns across digital, print,social media, email, and community channels, while guiding the work of theMarketing & Communications team.

        Leadand execute marketing initiatives to support the expansion of the FamilyResource Center across the province.

        Partnerclosely with the Program and Resource Manager to align outreach, engagement,and participation strategies for the Family Resource Center.

        Collaboratewith the Program Lead to support full registration across all seasonal CampHorizon programs.

        Developand implement targeted marketing campaigns that increase awareness,accessibility, and participation of all programs.

        Collaborateon and execute integrated marketing campaigns promoting events, donorengagement opportunities, and organizational impact.

        Contributeto storytelling, media outreach, and promotional initiatives that strengthenvisibility and support fundraising success.

        Ensureconsistent and compelling branding and messaging across all communications.

Leadership

        Provideday-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the Graphic Design Coordinatorand Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

        Workcollaboratively with internal leaders to align marketing, sales, fundraising,and program priorities.

        Buildand maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools, organizations,and stakeholders.

        Representthe organization at events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.

 

Reporting & OrganizationalContribution

        Monitorcampaign effectiveness, sales performance, pipeline development, and audience engagementmetrics to inform continuous improvement.

        Contributeto organizational planning and strategic growth initiatives.

        Supporta culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

        5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with afocus on growth or performance marketing

        Proven success with paid media and integratedcampaigns

        Strong analytical and data-driven decision-makingskills

        Experience building or scaling marketing and sales functions

        Demonstrated team leadership experience

        Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI

Some evening and weekend work may be required
