Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‑scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility.
- Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‑time and on‑budget execution.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs.
- Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.
- Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
- Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD) 100MM.
- Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.
