Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with on-campus employers and hiring departments to increase awareness of the Learn+Earn program, promote student participation, and expand opportunities aligned with student career goals. Monitor and report on the completion of professional development and scholarship requirements for Learn+Earn students.
Track mid-term and semester student data, including GPA and enrolled credit hours, and conduct necessary interventions.
Create, update, and maintain content within Canvas course shells for multiple student cohorts
Serve as a liaison to the U Career Success team.

Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
