Overview
Position Title: Program Manager
Location: Aberdeen, MD' Onsite 60-80%
Reports To: CTO
Job Type: Full-time
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI (able to process, US citizenship is a must)
Summary:
This is a program leadership role designed for a high-impact professional who can simultaneously master the execution of a current mission-critical contract while helping to expand the firm's footprint across the defense landscape. You will serve as the primary architect for a specific capability portfolio, bridging the gap between current technical delivery and future market dominance. A successful first year will be one in which you maintain 100% CPARS satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface for the existing contract. You are the "trusted advisor" who deeply understands the customer's mission pain points.
  • Requirement Translation: Convert complex operational needs into actionable technical requirements for the engineering teams.
  • Solution Architecture: Identify "white space" within the current contract to construct and propose innovative technical solutions that enhance mission success.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and rigorous quality standards for our capabilities.
  • Mentor: Mentor & develop DPM and Team Leads.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with 10+ years in Defense Program Management and/or Business Development, specifically 2-5 years within the SIGINT (or a related) domain.

Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Software-Defined Radio (SDR), Cloud-to-Edge architectures, and DSO frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineers, analysts, and finance) in a fast-paced, "fail-fast" environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.
