Pay Scale

$110,450.00 - $181,715.00 per year

Primary Responsibilities

Shall be responsible for

  • The oversight of all administrative functions, planning, organization, and control of resources to complete all deliverables and services.
  • Manage and monitor the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones of the contract.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders to gather information, define complex work problems, and will be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completion of all tasks and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate, collaborate and effectively communicate with the Gov’t Program office regarding potential problems, issues, and or risk that may adversely affect the completion of task activities and deliverables.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain task performance metrics to measure the execution of all businesses and operational activities.
  • Provide inputs to bi-weekly program reviews.
  • Provide monthly status reports and requested ad hoc reports.
  • Remain knowledgeable in the customer mission areas, application/ solution development, network properties, Government policy and standards, and emerging hardware/software products in compliance with the Navy's/DoD standards and policies.
  • Providing a motivating environment; resolving conflicts quickly and professionally.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, business administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the government defense industry.
  • Program management experience managing Federal Government programs
  • Proven history of successful, progressive managerial responsibilities
  • Experience working with and briefing senior executives
  • Experience managing a team of diverse skill sets and experience levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • DoD Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP or other recognized Program Management certification
  • Experience supporting OSD, Joint, MAJCOM, and/or Headquarters staff
  • Proficiency with automation and dashboarding tools
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Executive-level support experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies
  • Program management experience demonstrating the ability to collaborate and deliver contractual services in a high op-tempo environment, coordinating between multi-disciplined functions of internal and external organizations.
