Auria is looking to hire a Deputy Program Manager to support HADES. This opening requires full-time presence in Kirtland AFB, NM
The Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) Program provides maintenance, sustainment, development, integration, and test support for ground systems supporting experimental mission capabilities at the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex at Kirtland AFB, NM. The program supports existing capabilities and the development, integration, testing, and deployment of capabilities supporting new mission partners and emerging mission requirements within TS/SCI and Special Access Program (SAP) environments.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the planning, execution, and management of the HADES Program and serves as the acting Program Manager when required. The Deputy Program Manager provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of program activities, including staffing, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. Working closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, technical teams, and mission partners, the Deputy Program Manager helps ensure successful execution of contract requirements and effective response to evolving priorities and emerging mission needs.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
  • U.S. Citizen with Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Business, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting or managing complex DoD or Federal programs involving operations, sustainment, systems engineering, systems integration, mission support, or related activities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting programs valued at $25M or greater with responsibility for program execution, workforce management, schedule performance, resource planning, mission support, and performance tracking.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting space, satellite ground systems, command and control, telemetry processing, mission management, or related space enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day execution of complex technical and sustainment activities supporting national security missions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading workforce planning, recruiting, retention, onboarding, surge staffing, and resource allocation activities supporting complex technical programs.
  • Experience developing staffing, resource, and execution plans supporting emerging requirements, mission onboarding, and evolving mission priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, reviewing, and coordinating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational readiness, service delivery, lifecycle planning, and availability management across complex technical environments.
  • Experience maintaining risk registers, tracking mitigation activities, and reporting program execution status to leadership and Government stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), DAWIA Program Management, or equivalent certification.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $137,000 - $175,700
