Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Program Manager in the implementation, management and oversight of community programs. Assists management in all aspects of these programs including program operations, budgeting, reporting, program process measures, outcome measures, data analysis and program evaluation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating program activities between the community outreach specialist, external vendors, UHS clinical services, and data analyst.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors' degree in public health, health services, or related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years experience in research, project coordination and/or grant proposal writing. Master's degree in public health is preferred. Health research data experience is preferred, and knowledge of program administration, evaluation, and financial management is preferred. Experience in public speaking and educational presentations demonstrating effective communication skills is required. English/Spanish fluency is strongly desired.
