Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Program Manager I (Senior Program Manager) to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA.

Whether you’re driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, you’ll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!

The Program Manager I is responsible for managing assigned programs, customers, schedules, financial performance, and cross-functional execution to ensure successful delivery of products and commitments.

Essential Duties of the Program Manager I (Senior Program Manager)

  • Manage assigned program scope, schedules, and financial performance for multiple products or projects with limited supervision.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customer submittals, contract deliverables, and program documentation through interaction with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functions as necessary.
  • Monitor program schedules, identify risks to delivery, and develop recovery or mitigation plans in coordination with functional teams.
  • Support or lead internal and customer program reviews, status updates, and action item follow-up.
  • Review cost, schedule, and performance data and support generation of financial information, forecasts, and related program reporting.
  • Coordinate changes in scope, schedule modifications, material status, and subcontract activity to maintain program execution.
  • Escalate significant risks, issues, and customer concerns appropriately while driving timely resolution.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of relevant program management, project management, manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or related experience required.
  • Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across functions, and drive action to meet commitments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • US Citizenship required at time of hire.
