Job description

Role: Senior Program Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Only locals)

Work mode: Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Onshore Program Manager with strong expertise in supply chain, logistics, and transportation management systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in Java or .NET Core, along with strong AI, data, people management, and project management skills.

This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, offshore teams, product owners, architects, and client leadership to drive delivery, manage execution, and ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager.
  • Hands-on background in either Java or .NET Core application development.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, freight, TMS, warehouse, or order management systems.
  • Experience with IntelliTrans or similar transportation / logistics platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, data platforms, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, integrations, EDI, event-driven systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of data engineering, BI dashboards, machine learning use cases, or AI-enabled process automation.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
