Vibrint is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the management of our NASA SEWP VI contract and broader portfolio of federal contract vehicles. This is a hands-on role supporting contract administration, customer orders, reporting, CRM management and coordination across sales, contracts, procurement and operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Deputy Program Manager for Vibrint's NASA SEWP VI contract
  • Support SEWP VI task requests, customer orders, reporting, training and program requirements
  • Assist with the administration of Vibrint's GSA Schedule and other federal contract vehicles
  • Support coordination of RFQs, quotes, orders, modifications and delivery issues as needed
  • Track order activity, contract performance and required reporting
  • Maintain contract data, pricing information, product eligibility and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with sales, contracts, procurement, finance and operations throughout the order lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and order information within the company's CRM
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for customers, government program offices and internal stakeholders
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, proposals and contract modifications
  • Help develop and improve internal processes, templates and reporting tools
  • Provide additional program, contract and operational support as needed

Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience supporting federal IT contracts, program management or contract operations
  • Experience with NASA SEWP, ITES, GSA Schedule or similar government contract vehicles
  • Experience supporting government customer orders from initial request through delivery
  • Familiarity with federal contract reporting, documentation and compliance requirements
  • Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts, orders and deadlines with close attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM, order-management and contract-tracking systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

The successful candidate will be organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities while remaining flexible enough to support the broader needs of a growing government IT contractor.
This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements.
