The Opportunity:
As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you'll coordinate the execution of rapid prototyping plans and master testing strategies, facilitating early prototype acquisitions for operational demonstrations. You will oversee core project management tasks, including tracking project schedules, managing deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met . You will direct compliance with rapid acquisition guidelines, maintaining contract and program documentation in accordance with federal regulations. Collaboration spans multiple military services and defense stakeholders, aligning operational technology protection requirements and joint schedules.
You'll manage program budget s and oversee funding allocations to ensure resources are distributed for critical prototyping initiatives. Senior Department of Defense leaders rely on your briefings to track milestones, program achievements, and strategic transition options. Throughout, you support project planning, status reporting, and risk management to reinforce successful program delivery.

You Have:
  • Experience managing programs utilizing rapid fielding or rapid prototyping frameworks
  • Knowledge of defensive cybersecurity operations and operational technology protection architectures
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in program and project management, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in program and project management

Nice If You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting defense program offices in managing rapid-response or urgent operational need programs
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a Navy Systems Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR
  • Experience transitioning rapid prototyping efforts into formal systems or programs of record
  • Knowledge of cloud-based secure operating environments or sof tware-defined infrastructure platforms
  • Ability to lead cross-functional engineering, testing, and operations teams to meet accelerated delivery schedules
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act ( DAWIA ) Level III Certification
  • Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
