Responsibilities of the Manager of Program Management:

  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast‑to‑actual performance.
  • Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on‑time delivery, and quality performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross‑functional teams are aligned.
  • Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations.

Qualifications of the Manager of Program Management:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in the field of Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services
  • Experience driving customer account development.
  • Strong customer relations and problem solving skills skills are a must.
  • Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
