Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Servicenow & Sharepoint Online Development - ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development [NSF0064064]

ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development: Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions to support workflow automation, dashboarding, and employee experience initiatives. Implementation of custom ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, ITSM, App Engine) and workflow automation.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate ServiceNow Development delivering ServiceNow & SharePoint Online Development - ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development through Lead ServiceNow delivery | manage teams | ensure outcomes.  Further, they Oversee ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM development, manage stakeholders, ensure SLA/KPI performance.
