The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$54,500.00 - $81,700.00
Purpose Statement: Supports Program Managers with tactical activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas and potentially junior customer representatives. Initiates minor variance resolution in a proactive manner. Position is designed to provide increased productivity and effectiveness of the program management function.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on customer service and critical metrics. Drive problem resolution with assistance of PMs and ensure closure of actions.
  • Prepares and maintains CFT performance data (delivery, customer satisfaction, quality, etc.), conducts analysis and presents findings and recommendations to PMs.
  • Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities. Delivery of accurate and timely data in an independent manner.
  • Takes the lead on day to day customer engagement on tactical matters: potential example: follow up of overdue Account Receivables. CRGs' communication with customers, potential inventory & metric control, and potential support of APQP.
  • Intermediate communication with customers and coordination with CFT.

Additional Accountabilities:
  • Taking proactive roles in updating CFT or customer trackers, downloading customer data from portals/additional sites, and working with NCM for customer return.
  • FIA & NREs recovery and potentially supporting APQP.
  • RMA engagement in: ship arrangement, classification creation, etc. (SRV focused but may be applicable based on site structure). Potentially manage credit notes, manage billing paperwork (scrap, PPV, consignment, NRE, etc) and enter SO for special billing activities.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree with 4 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
