Job description

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) delivers mission-focused technology solutions to government and commercial clients, emphasizing innovation, reliability, and operational excellence.
We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to support contracts at NSWC Indian Head Division. This role supports the Program Manager with day-to-day contract execution, data tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple Government stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily management and execution of IHD contracts.
  • Track contract deliverables, milestones, CDRLs, and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain program schedules, trackers, staffing rosters, org charts, and documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and weekly/monthly status reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, interview scheduling, and personnel changes.
  • Serve as an alternate point of contact for Government customers, CORs, and subcontractors.
  • Respond to customer data calls and urgent requests for information.
  • Support timecard review, invoice documentation, travel tracking, and funding status updates.
  • Maintain contract and program files in accordance with Government records requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Analyze user needs and help define functional requirements for large information systems.
  • Support risk management, configuration management, and process improvement activities.
  • Draft professional correspondence, briefings, decision papers, and cost spreadsheets.

Requirements
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (mandatory; candidates without this clearance cannot be considered).
  • Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma and 4+ years of relevant project/program support experience.
  • Experience supporting program, project, or contract management (DoD/Federal preferred).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience building trackers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD information management, acquisition documentation, or open systems concepts.
  • Familiarity with risk management, configuration management, and continuous process improvement.
