Blue Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton, MA has an amazing opportunity for a Director of Rehabto join their In-House Therapy Team.

Blue Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is proud to provide care for and specialize in Alzheimer's Care and Dementia Care. We offer a secure environment that is designed to lessen the stresses of everyday life and offer a therapeutic setting for persons with memory loss.

***Must be a licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP or assistant)

$3,000 Sign on Bonus!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, orient, and train Rehab Department

  • Treat/ Direct Patient Care

  • Coordinate treatment activity between disciplines and team members

  • Assist with the interview process for hiring

  • Ensure that therapists and therapy assistants are compliant with documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with administration regarding department programs, goals, objectives, risks, and successes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation and maintain quality of services.

  • Attends all mandatory meetings and training

  • Assures all patient care activities are performed according to the company policies and procedures

  • Contribute to client relations and community education activities
