We are seeking a skilled Strategic Innovation and Implementation Manager to join our team and operate as key project manager on program projects including oversight of all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, directing, and organizing the day-to-day operations of staff within the sales and product development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plans, directs, and supervises the day-to-day operations of staff
  • Assists the Supervisor II in their role
  • Research and suggest methods to improve effectiveness of work processes
  • Attends meetings as the representative of the Supervisor II
  • Responsible for supporting sales and business development functions on behalf of CCSB
