About the Role

We are seeking a senior Pega Program Manager to lead large-scale Pega transformation initiatives. This individual will oversee multiple Pega implementation workstreams, drive program governance, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful execution from initiation through production deployment.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise Pega implementations and has a proven track record delivering complex technology transformation programs. Industry experience is flexible; however, candidates must have successfully managed multiple end-to-end Pega implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide Pega programs from initiation through successful delivery and rollout.
  • Manage multiple Pega implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and quality control processes.
  • Coordinate with Pega architects, developers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
  • Drive executive-level communications, providing regular updates on milestones, budget, risks, and overall program health.
  • Manage resource planning, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies and organizational standards.
  • Monitor program performance using meaningful KPIs and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience leading multiple Pega implementation programs from planning through production deployment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise Pega transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Pega delivery methodologies, implementation lifecycle, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, workflow automation, or customer engagement platform initiatives.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience working with large enterprise organizations.

This is not a traditional PM role. We are specifically seeking candidates who have personally led multiple Pega implementations and can demonstrate ownership of large-scale Pega delivery programs. Industry background is secondary to proven Pega implementation leadership experience.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $165,000/ yearly.
