Position Summary
The Implementation Coordinator will execute project implementation parameters including equipment and inventory tracking, training, retail and lottery developmental needs, as requested by the Product Implementation Manager.
Job Functions:
  • Work alongside the Field Service Team to lead the implementation of lottery retail technology.
  • Manage contractors to ensure major deliverables are being met and provide communications externally and internally to ensure quality standards and expectations are achieved.
  • Review and compile pre-implementation documentation to ensure accuracy during installs.
  • Coordinate implementation requirements with appropriate departments.
  • Create and update system training guides/scripts and implementation tools for the Retail Solutions portfolio.
  • Ability to conduct, in person or virtual, full-scope innovation/systems demonstrations as needed.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer and product information presentations with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and provide recommendations for modifications.
  • Maintain consistent working knowledge of all SG systems functionalities and enhancements while also being responsible for presenting any potential system opportunities with recommended solutions.
  • Serve as high-tier support to field questions and investigate concerns raised by lottery and retail partners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the product technology functions as designed.
  • Other functions and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work Eastern time zone hours
  • Technologically adept in computers, systems, applications and specialty hardware
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and customer accounts
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technology and concepts
  • Ability to understand and define complex workflows
  • Ability to coordinate and complete numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining a sense of priority
  • Minimal travel required
  • Retail convenience industry, marketing, and lottery experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
