Position Summary
The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the successful launch and implementation of client programs within the Corporate Accounts Department at Pinnacle Promotions. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, sales, technology, and internal operations teams to ensure programs are launched accurately, on time, and according to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Program Implementation
  • Lead the implementation and onboarding of new client company stores from initial kickoff through successful launch.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Gather and document client requirements, brand guidelines, product specifications, inventory needs, fulfillment requirements, and program objectives.
  • Translate technology solutions into clear client-facing guidance and recognize when internal teams or development resources need to be engaged.
  • Coordinate product development, sourcing, artwork approvals, samples, production, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment activities.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and proactively develop solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Technology, Operations and Accounting to transition new business into company store implementation.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure products, branding, packaging, and fulfillment processes meet client specifications and quality expectations
  • Establish quality-control checkpoints throughout the implementation process.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Develop and maintain implementation checklists, standard operating procedures, and best practices
  • Analyze project performance and use lessons learned to improve future implementations

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client services, operations, promotional products, branded merchandise, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively across sales, operations, and client-facing teams.
  • Proficiency with Netsuite a plus
  • Experience with project management, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or order-management systems is a plus
  • Promotional products, apparel, print, merchandise, experience is strongly preferred
