Job Description Job Title: Product Change Implementation Manager - Hiring FAST. Industry: Finance Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $41-45/HR on W2 Only - NO C2C Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option) Duration: 12+ months Job ID: 247620 Required Qualifications: 4-6+ years in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Product roles, with measurable impact on revenue optimization. 3-5+ years as a Change analyst rolling out pricing/deal tools to Sales, including user onboarding and migration from legacy systems.

Familiarity with pricing platforms or price optimization tools Strong vendor management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Technology and Operations. Comfortable partnering with Treasury Management Sales and/or Relationship Managers and conducting product walkthroughs or demos Fluency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus) and in building KPI dashboards for adoption and performance. Demonstrated change management capability (communications, training assets, super-user networks, executive updates).

Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and executive-ready storytelling. Desired Qualifications: Experience with treasury management/deposit pricing, FTP methodologies, and profitability frameworks. Background integrating pricing tools with billing/approval workflows and data pipelines.

Agile delivery experience (backlog management, sprint cadence, UAT leadership). Responsibilities: Tool Rollout, Onboarding & Migration: Design and execute the Sales rollout plan (pilots, phased deployments, change champions, "train-the-trainer" programs). Log and track defects and enhancements resulting from functional testing and ensure resolution of issues Build the user onboarding journey (personas, curricula, training assets, office hours, "war room" support).

Support migration planning (data mapping, readiness criteria, controls) from legacy pricing/billing systems into the new platform. Establish adoption KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops; track usage and remove friction to scale adoption. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the business liaison with the vendor to align on scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls to deliver end-to-end outcomes (approvals, billing integration, profitability views). Execution & Change Leadership: Deliver large transformation initiatives with disciplined program management and change management practices. Champion governance and traceability: sprint demos, UAT and regression plans, issue/defect tracking, and continuous improvement.
