PS Implementation Support Manager, Advisory

About your role:

As a DNA PS Implementation Support Manager, Advisory, you will support lending implementations for DNA core processing and related professional services engagements. You will work with clients, internal implementation teams, and product stakeholders to configure solutions, guide readiness activities, and support successful conversions. This role helps clients adopt DNA workflows, maintain data integrity, and prepare to manage their environment independently.

What you'll do:

  • Configure and implement DNA core processing functionality for lending and related client workflows.

  • Evaluate client readiness for conversion activities and document implementation decisions, requirements, and action items.

  • Support client training, workflow assessments, and system setup to align operational processes with DNA capabilities.

  • Map financial transactions to the general ledger using DNA tools and support institution parameter and system setting configuration.

  • Test new DNA product functionality, validate custom configurations, and support client testing for applicable custom code.

  • Diagnose implementation issues, recommend corrective actions, and resolve assigned service cases while escalating complex issues as needed.

  • Provide pre-conversion remote and on-site support to help maintain data integrity, including support for applicable third-party interfaces.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience implementing core banking, lending, or financial services technology solutions in a banking, credit union, or professional services environment.

  • 6+ years of experience working with DNA core processing, other core implementation platforms, or comparable account processing systems.

  • 6+ years of experience supporting client-facing implementation, training, workflow analysis, or conversion activities with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools to document requirements, track implementation activities, and communicate project status.

  • Experience analyzing business processes, identifying system configuration needs, and recommending measurable solutions to operational issues.

  • Experience with lending operations in areas such as consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage servicing, investor or participation lending, or back-office processing.

  • Associate's degree or higher in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) for data review, validation, or troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting bank or credit union conversion projects.

  • Experience assisting clients with business specifications for custom processes.

  • Experience with DNA general ledger mapping and financial workflow design.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:This role require frequent travel (25%+). Approximately 60% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $165,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
