Job Description
The Finance Manager, GRM Deal Desk, Pricing, and Industry serves as the strategic finance leader supporting the Global Revenue Management (GRM) and Global Industry (GI) organizations. You will be responsible for financial governance of the GRM Deal Desk and Pricing organizations, supporting the Global Industry team and industry reporting, and GSM functional spend management. You will report to our Finance Director, Global Sales and Marketing NA and lead a team of two Senior Financial Analysts.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Primary finance business partner to the leaders of Global Revenue Management (GRM), Global Industry (GI), Secure Digital Operations (SDO), and Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX).
  • Finance lead for the GRM Global Deal Desk. The mission of the GRM Deal Desk is to allow the rapid execution of proposals for complex opportunities that could consist of hardware, software, or services.
  • Work with the Deal Desk team and sales organization to create a deal structure which provides the best return possible to Rockwell, following our strategic plans
  • Review complex deals with the different functions involved including business units, finance, contract and negotiations, legal, and sales.
  • Support the GRM VP in pricing strategy decisions, including design and implementation of multiple customer incentive programs. Provide analysis and reporting on the financial impact of product pricing decisions.
  • Support and review the financial impact of the annual price adjustment (APA) and other ad-hoc price adjustments, including price changes from tariffs.
  • Support senior leadership in industry and OEM growth target setting and forecast processes, and quarterly industry reporting for QER and earnings calls.
  • Overall responsibility reporting, developing annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring that partners have visibility into future spending and understand decisions to be made to stay within targets.
  • Lead automation and digital transformation projects across pricing, reporting, forecasting, and deal-review processes.
  • Present on price performance and functional spend in meetings with varying levels of management.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years related accounting/finance experience
  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment across multiple departments and businesses
  • Experience working with senior business leaders and guiding decisions through financial analysis and business insight
  • Experience with commercial finance, pricing strategy, deal desk operations, customer profitability analysis, or revenue management
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Excel, or similar data visualization tools
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • CPA
  • Working knowledge of SAP & Oracle EPM Planning
