Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to lead the Naval Expeditionary Program Office which falls under Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC). Responsibilities * Provide overall contract leadership and day-to-day management of the program * Oversee schedule/budget/risk, and subcontractor coordination. * Provide kick-off and recurring PMR/MSR cadence * Ensure all CDRLs are on time/quality Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 15+ years professional program/project management experience * Must have an active or interim Secret clearance. * Experience with Program governance, IMS/IPMDAR/eCRAFT reporting, QASP-aligned QC, risk management, stakeholder comms. * PMP is preferred BlueWater Federal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
