Overview

Are you looking for an opportunity where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative expertise can make a difference? Join our team as a Wellness Program Administrative Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day operations of employee wellness and health management initiatives.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing data, coordinating projects, preparing reports, and supporting a fast-paced team environment.   • Compensation: $22.00 per hour
  • Assignment Duration: This is a temporary opportunity anticipated to continue through the end of the year, providing a great chance to gain valuable experience while making an immediate impact.
  • Work Location: Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. Candidates must be available to work standard Pacific Time business hours.
  • Equipment & Technology: We'll provide the equipment you need to be successful. Employees are responsible for maintaining a reliable, high-speed internet connection to support remote work.

How you'll make an impact
  • Provide administrative support to the Health Management team and assist with wellness program operations.
  • Collect, organize, track, and maintain program data, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process program-related invoices, billing, and payment requests.
  • Create and format presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and communication materials.
  • Maintain wellness program resources, files, and internal materials to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and administrative activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and program evaluation efforts.
  • Monitor project deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
 

About You
  • At least 1 year of administrative, coordinator, project support, or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, tracking information, and preparing reports.
  • Experience supporting teams and coordinating projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe applications and Canva software applications is a plus.
