What does a program evaluation coordinator do?

A Program Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the evaluation processes for various programs within an organization. They collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, ensure that objectives are being met, and recommend improvements based on their findings. This role often involves collaborating with program staff, stakeholders, and external partners to gather information and report on outcomes. Their work helps organizations make data-driven decisions and demonstrate accountability to funders and the community.
