Company Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce - Drop Ship Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our dropship program.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure that products are properly integrated into our platform, presented optimally online, and aligned with our promotional and merchandising strategies.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Work closely with suppliers to collect, verify, and upload product information (descriptions, images, prices) to ensure a quick and seamless launch online.
  • Serve as a point of contact for dropship suppliers by managing daily communications, following up on operational issues, coordinating promotions, and monitoring product availability and price updates.
  • Contribute to improving product pages by optimizing content, refining keywords, and supporting price and margin analyses to ensure the competitiveness and performance of online products.
  • Participate in identifying and evaluating new suppliers to expand and strengthen the dropship product offering.
  • Work closely with the web merchandiser and internal teams to align product launches with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and market trends.
