Job description

 
We are looking for an experienced Program Evaluation Lead to drive data collection, program evaluation strategies, and quality improvement (QI) initiatives for public health surveillance systems.
 
 Location: Nashville, TN
 
 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Must be a TN resident or relocate before start date)
 
 Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation Strategy: Design and execute evaluation frameworks, surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Data Integrity & Analysis: Analyze complex public health data, conduct comparative analysis, ensure reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable reports to leadership.
  • Quality Improvement (QI): Lead QI strategies, monitor outcome implementation, and integrate findings into core program planning.
  • Leadership & Training: Guide cross-functional teams without direct authority, build QI capacity, and conduct program evaluation orientations.
